[counseling] care groups
ABOUT US
Care Groups are For Navigating Life's Issues Together.
The Care Groups Ministry, as part of the Counseling Ministry, provides a venue in which we can “be the church” for those in the midst of specific life difficulties. Through prayer, discussion and emotional support, as sisters and brothers in Christ, those who have “been there…done that” offer empathy, a listening ear, prayer and examples of hope.

Working Together Initiative (Unemployment)
This group was formed for the support and encouragement of church members in their professional lives during challenging economic times. Our aim is to raise awareness of this need throughout the church body and to provide tangible forms of support for those facing forced sabbaticals/periods of unemployment.
Our newsletter is available in the Welcome Center.

Counseling
Because we believe that ministering to the whole person is vital, we offer short-term counseling from a Christian worldview for Park Street Church members and those who attend regularly. This includes individual, premarital and couples counseling, and/or referrals to Boston-area Christian counselors.
