Subscribe to our podcast so that the sermon mp3 files will be automatically downloaded to your computer every week! If you are familiar with podcasting, you may use the following link with your podcasting client. Read on if you require more help with this technology.
What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is a way to receive audio files over the Internet. These audio files, or MP3s, are automatically downloaded to your personal computer after you subscribe. You can listen to these files on your computer, load them on your MP3 player, or burn them to a CD to listen to in the car. You can even send the MP3 files to your friends or encourage them to subscribe to the podcast themselves! Park Street Church offers sermon podcasts at no cost.
All you need to get started is podcasting software. Once you download and install the software, simply add Park Street Church’s feed to your podcast library. The podcasting software will automatically check for updates and download the files to your computer so you can load them on your MP3 player. Below are some of the most popular podcasting software options available for free.
• iTunes (Windows / OS X)
• Juice (Windows / OS X / Linux)
• jPodder (Windows)
• iPodderX (OS X)
Click here for Park Street Church’s podcast list, and simply click on the “subscribe to this feed” link. Once you are subscribed, your podcasting software (e.g., iTunes) will automatically download our latest podcast to your computer whenever you open the program. If the link gives you a page full of code, then your browser may not be properly configured. Right-click on the link and choose "copy link location", and paste the link into your podcasting software.
To listen to a podcasting segment that you now see listed when you open your podcasting software, select it and press “Play.” The MP3 file will play directly on your computer. Enjoy!
No Podcasting? No Problem!
If podcasting doesn't work for you, all the sermon audio files are available individually from the sermon page. Download them to your computer or MP3 player.
