This apartment is a 3rd floor unit with a prime location near the Prudential Center. The landlord is great and the apartment was recently renovated in January 2020. A lot of natural light with a balcony in the back. My roommate’s name is Morganne, she will be staying in the apartment until the lease is up on August 31, 2021. She is 24 and works for a consulting firm in the prudential center. She’s been the best roommate! (Only one tenant is allowed in this room.)
