Divorced? Separated? We can help. Find help. Discover hope. Experience healing. DivorceCare helps you recover from the pain of separation and divorce. DivorceCare is a support group that meets weekly. You'll find a warm, caring environment and will come to see your group as an oasis in an otherwise difficult season of life. There are three key elements to your DivorceCare experience: video seminar, group discussion and personal workbook.

Unless you've been there it's hard to understand the hurt that comes from separation and divorce. That's why many of your friends and family don't fully understand what you are going through and don't know how to best help you.

We do. DivorceCare groups are led by people who have been through divorce and successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we've been in the same place. We'll show you how to deal with the hurt caused by your separation and divorce.

DivorceCare is a network of 13,000+ churches worldwide equipped to offer divorce support groups. The program is non-demonominational and features biblical teaching for recovering from divorce or separation. Learn more about DivorceCare. Join our Meetup group to keep posted on our meeting calendar.

There are four different classes offered:

    Sundays, 9:30-10:45am (before 11am service)

Sundays, 10-11:15am (after 8:30 am service)

College Class: Ethics, Empathy & Action

Chris & Liz Lawson (Terrace Room)

STARTS JAN 29. As Christians, how we respond to ethical complexity in our society helps us establish either bridges or barriers to the Gospel. Come join other college students as we explore how Christian ethics, pastoral care, and intentional actions intersect on complex issues such as racism, poverty, immigration, same-sex marriage, politics, and more.

    Bible Study for Internationals

    (Park Street Room)

Understand the claims of Christ and the meaning of Scripture in a clear way, using English text. All internationals welcomed, including families with kids in the children’s programs.

    1 & 2 Kings

Perry & Elaine Phillips, Jordan & Sarah Montgomery (Granary Room)

While Kings David and Solomon are familiar territory, often the subsequent 300 years of history are a bit of a muddle. Join us as we make our way from Solomon through the split in the Israelite monarchy, the failures of kings and people to keep God’s covenant, the exile of the northern kingdom, and the eventual fall of the southern Davidic dynasty.

David Freeman, Mary Harvey & Norm Graf (Common Room)

Several books of the Bible have a claim to being foundational. Genesis presents the foundations of everything. We invite you to join us in looking at God’s plan for mankind from its very beginning.

How can we build bridges to the gospels? Come join others in our explorations.

    January 27

Park Street Church partners with Cru Boston to unite college students from all over Boston. Since Boston has so many universities next to each other, we gather together on Friday nights at Park Street Church for a meeting we call “CityWide.” At CityWide, you’ll find a dozens of students from across the city. There’ll be a great student band playing worship music, various students sharing a little about their life and what’s happening on their campus, and there’ll be a talk by one of our staff. After the talk, you’ll get a chance to mingle and discuss with old and new friends, and we close out the night with some more music.

After the meeting, everyone hangs out and eats homemade desserts, or some people might head out to grab pizza or frozen yogurt. We’ve got parties, dances, and all sorts of fun stuff after the meeting is over. It’s a great way to meet people from other campuses across the city.

Park Street Church is accessible by the red or green lines on the T at the Park Street station, and it’ll be the church building with a white and gold steeple that you see right as you walk out. Contact Charlene for more information, or to connect with other students that go to Citywide together on Friday nights.
