For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Who are Park Street Women?

Teenagers, thirty-somethings and octogenarians; suburbanites and city dwellers; students and professors; working outside and inside our homes; single and married; from anywhere in the world. Where can you find us? Participating in a Bible study, teaching a Christian Formation class, starting a book discussion group, sharing the love of Jesus on the Boston Common, attending an event designed especially for women. In other words… you’ll find us wherever you look, advancing God’s kingdom. Why are we here? We’ve found a welcoming church home and we want to share it. What motivates us? The extravagant, exuberant, unearned love of Christ. Would you like to be a Park Street Woman, too? Our desire is to draw women to dwell in Christ and from that place of security to do the good works prepared for us before time began.

4th Trimester Group

The goal of the 4th Trimester Ministry is to care for and celebrate with new moms in our church community. An experienced mom visits a new mom within the first few months after birth with a gift from the church and information on programs at the church relevant to her. The volunteer mom also provides a sympathetic ear and helps to connect mom and baby to any resources they may need. 4thtrimester@parkstreet.org

Be refreshed and renewed.
Welcome one another into community.
Walk alongside each other in our faith journeys.

FRI, FEB 3 - SAT, DEC 4, Park Street Church

IF:Gathering 2017 is coming to Park Street Church February 3-4. We'd love for you to join us here in Boston as we gather with 1,000+ livestreamed local sites as well as our host site in Austin, TX for 2 days of teaching and worship.
At IF:Gathering 2017, we’ll look at one of the most influential generations that have ever lived — the early church. The way God moved through them was simple and pure. We believe they are the model we need right now. Our dream is that we would experience the power of God as He does big things through simple acts of faith. That we live unified, surrendered to God, not just in our minds and in our theology, but also in our daily lives. Our hope is that we would participate with the Spirit of God and see Him go forth in our generation in a most powerful way.

    What is IF?

IF is a movement that exists to gather, equip and unleash the next generation of women to live out their purpose. It asks the question, “what IF we returned to the simple ways of the early church?” IF:Gathering is a conference for women taking place in Austin, Texas, on February 3 and 4, 2017 that will focus around this question. If you are wrestling with your faith, we hope you will find this gathering a safe deep place to wrestle.  IF values authenticity, participation, humility, honor, and Christ-centeredness.

IF:Boston is a simulcast of the IF:Gathering taking place in Austin, hosted by Park Street Church. We will be able to hear all the speakers in Austin but have breakout discussions and mealtimes with small groups here. As for the cost, we are asking for a $30 donation to cover our costs (materials, dinner on Friday, space, etc.). If you feel led to give more, we will graciously accept it. If you would like a scholarship, please email the IF:Boston team.

We are in need of two kinds of volunteers.  First, please help us spread the word!  We have a toolkit available that will make it easy for you to invite other members of your congregation and your network of friends. Second, we are in need of volunteers to help set up, run the conference, and clean up afterwards.  To help either way, please email IF:Boston and we’ll connect you with everything you need!

Location: Park Street Church (One Park Street, Boston, MA 2108)

    • Starts: February 3, 2017 / 6:00PM
    • Ends: February 4, 2017 / 6:00PM
