Our mission is to make disciples who become like Jesus, together. This transformational work of becoming like Jesus consists of all of us growing in worship (loving God), community (loving one another), mission (loving our neighbors), and instruction ("catechesis"—loving God's word). These four building blocks shape each of our ministries, with the Gospel as our central reality.

Adult Sunday School

Scripture commands us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). By grappling with Biblical themes and real-life issues, our classes seek the transformation of the character and heart of God’s people in God’s world.

Care Ministries
Pastoral Counseling • Visitation
Our Care Ministries offer compassionate support for those navigating life’s challenges—whether emotional, spiritual, or practical. Through pastoral counseling and tangible assistance, we seek to come alongside individuals and families with grace, wisdom, and prayerful presence, embodying Christ’s love in times of need.
Support Groups
GriefShare
GriefShare is a safe and welcoming group where those who have faced the death of a loved one will find understanding, guidance, relief, and support. This 13-week group, while a ministry of Park Street, is open and helpful to both Christians and non-Christians.
Employment Search Support
A group for all active job seekers who would like help in their job search. By appointment. Contact the Job Search ministry team with questions.
4th Trimester
If you’ve just welcomed a new baby—whether it’s your first or your fifth—we’d love to come alongside you in this season of transition. The first few months at home with a little one, sometimes called the “fourth trimester,” can be filled with both joy and challenge. Our 4th Trimester Ministry at Park Street Church is here to support you. During a home visit, we bring a warm meal, a small gift for you and your baby, and a listening ear to encourage and comfort you as you adjust to life with your little one. We also walk with women through times of loss, offering comfort and care in the case of miscarriage or stillbirth. This is a ministry of compassion and presence—you don’t have to walk this season alone.
You Are Not Alone
If you are struggling with fertility challenges, we want you to know you are not alone. We provide support in whatever manner you are most comfortable with. Support groups are offered on an as-needed basis, but primarily we come alongside couples and individuals to shoulder the emotional burden of this difficult season of life. Our hope is that you feel less isolated through the care and encouragement of those who know exactly what you’re going through.
City Engagement

City Engagement seeks to provide ways for Park Street Church to reach the city of Boston with the good news of Christ through word, deed, and virtuous lives.
Jesus has given us both a model and a call to love our neighbor, especially the hungry, the lonely, the poor. Each of us has the opportunity and privilege to be a neighbor in and around our homes and our places of study or work.
Home Ministry
We welcome 75–130 neighbors every Thursday evening for dinner and Saturday morning for breakfast. Guests receive a warm meal, clothing, toiletries, resource guides, friendship, and spiritual care—including personal prayer, Bible study (Saturdays), and short sermons (Thursdays).
Our guests are typically unhoused, in vulnerable or challenging housing situations, or seeking community and fellowship.
Serving Times
Thursday Dinner: Guests 5:45–7:15pm (Prep starts ~3:00pm; clean-up until ~7:45pm)
Saturday Breakfast: Guests 8:30–11:00am (Prep starts 7:30am; clean-up until 11:30am)

Sanctus Sports Fellowship
Sanctus shares God’s love with asylum seekers, displaced people, and international students during their time in the Boston by hosting weekly pickup soccer games. We invite players to connect further through events such as dinners, Bible studies, and holiday celebrations.
Currently, we play soccer at various times and fields around the city and play futsal in the church gym during the winter.
Opportunities
Come join and play! We’re particularly looking for new leaders, as we seek to add groups for varying skill levels and expand into new sports.
Home ESL
In an effort to meet needs of a particular segment of our immigrant neighbors, we’ve launched an ESL program that now runs parallel to Home on Saturday mornings. The focus is currently on Level 1 and 2 English classes and conversational practice. We also provide some support with housing and employment searches—areas of support that we are actively seeking to strengthen.
Opportunities
Be a conversation partner—no experience or ESL training necessary. ESL-trained people very welcome!
Afghan Friendship
In partnership with local churches, we welcomed Afghan families to Boston after the fall of Kabul in 2021. The journey remains hard and often lonely, so the invitation to be a friend and neighbor is ongoing. We host occasional gatherings to build community and connection.
Opportunities
Just be a neighbor, especially if you’re local to our families in Medford, Melrose, JP, and Roslindale. We highly recommend doing this as a group or community.
College & University
The College & University Ministry is building a community where faith grows through worship, friendships, and thoughtful engagement with studies, culture, and calling.
Given Park Street's location right in the center of Boston, we fellowship with students from schools all over the area including Northeastern, NEC, Harvard, Berklee, MIT, Boston College, Boston University, Emmanuel, Tufts, and more!
Enable Boston
Disability Ministry
We believe that God creates each person in his image and for his good purposes. Our desire is to integrate people with disabilities in all aspects of our Christian community whenever possible. We do understand that there are some needs that are best met in a separate setting, and we are committed to addressing individual needs to the best of our ability. Our hope is to equip those with and without disabilities to serve alongside each other, to the glory of God.

Welcome to our Family Ministry, where we walk alongside parents in their journey of faith and parenting. Our programs and gatherings are designed to help children grow in their understanding of God’s love and develop a vibrant, lasting relationship with him and one another. We believe in fostering a warm and inclusive community where families can connect, encourage one another, and thrive together. Above all, we are fully committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child is protected, valued, and cared for.

For preschool through 1st grade takes place during the 8:30 and 11 am services.

For preschool through 12th grade begins at 9:45 am.

Youth Group
Grades 7–12 meet every Friday at 7 pm in the Youth Room.
Friday Night Family Night
All children meet monthly on Friday nights at 7pm.
International Fellowship

Our ministry to internationals promotes the diverse and cosmopolitan character of our church in order that we might increasingly become a “house of prayer for all nations.”
Other ministries serving internationals include the Van Baay House, a residential community for international students and scholars, as well as our English as a Second Language (ESL) program.

The Men’s Ministry at Park Street Church encourages men to grow in Christ through friendship, prayer, scripture, and service. Whether through small groups, events, or informal gatherings, we seek to build one another up as followers of Jesus in every season of life.

Our music is guided by biblical norms and the wisdom of the Church over 2,000 years. We are committed to stewarding and continuing to develop the heritage of sacred music with which God has blessed us.
Prayer
Our Prayer Ministry is a reflection of our commitment to care for one another and our congregation. We seek to demonstrate the personal interest, intercession and compassion that Jesus modeled.
Small Groups
Small Groups are the heart of our church community, where friendships grow and faith deepens. Meeting in homes and around the city, groups share life together through Bible study, prayer, and encouragement. Whether you’re new or have been here for years, there’s a place for you to connect and belong.
Welcome & Hospitality
Our Welcome and Hospitality Ministry creates a warm, inviting space for all who enter our doors. From greeting newcomers to hosting coffee hours and shared meals, we aim to reflect the love of Christ through genuine connection, thoughtful care, and intentional community.
Women's Ministry
Park Street Church Women’s Ministry fosters Christ-centered community through Bible study, prayer, and meaningful relationships. Women of all ages are invited to grow in faith, encourage one another, and serve together in the life of our church and city.
Young Adults
Get to know other young adults who are seeking to follow Jesus in the city of Boston. Fellowship monthly on Sundays or join one of the young adult small groups meeting each week.
