5:30 pm–6:30 pm | Light dinner and Fellowship

7:00 pm | Meeting begins

We are looking forward to coming together for this year’s Annual Meeting. Whether or not you are a member, we encourage you to attend! This is an important time in the life of the church when we vote for a slate of candidates to fulfill roles on the Board of Elders, the Nominating Committee and as church officers. Annual budgets for the church will also be approved, and other church business will be transacted. Below are a few more details.

Please review the documents linked below before the meeting. Documents will be posted as they are made available.

The Annual Meeting Supplement Booklet includes letters from the Church Clerk and Treasurers and budget information as well as a full list of elders, officers, and Nominating Committee members—current and potential.

Voting

Park Street Church active members will be allowed to vote. Non-members are welcome to attend, but will not be able to vote.

Childcare

Childcare will be available during the annual meeting for children ages 0-5th grade. Please register your children by Feb 18.

Older children can email Stephanie Verrengia to volunteer to help care for children during the meeting.
