Sunday Worship (8:30 AM, 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM)
JOIN US AT 8:30 AM, 11:00 AM, OR 4:00 PM.
We believe that God is uniquely present with us when we meet for worship on the Lord’s Day, forming and shaping us into the image of his Son through word and sacrament. Each week, we are grounded again in the true story of God’s word, a story that moves from creation to new creation and that has the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus at its center. We read from God’s word, we listen to a sermon preached from God’s word, and we respond to God’s word in praise, testimony, prayer, and giving. We also regularly participate in the sacraments of baptism and communion, gifts that Jesus gave to the church to communicate God’s love and grace to us.
If you’re not able to come in person, the 11 AM and 4 PM worship services are available via our livestream page, here. If you are gathering in a group to worship virtually and would like support, please contact us.
Christian Formation Series: Faithfulness in a Time of Political Upheaval (Five–Week Series beginning SUN, OCT 2 | 9:45 AM & 5:30 PM)
Five–week series beginning SUN, OCT 2 | 9:45 AM & 5:30 PM
How does theology inform our faithful engagement of politics? With increasing politicization and social divisions, Christians find themselves in need of understanding the role of theology and the church in expressing a faithful political presence. This seminar series aims to highlight key features of a Christian theology that informs Christian faithfulness in a time of political upheaval. This series does not endorse any candidates or political parties, but aims to help Christians think theologically. Guest speakers include Vincent Bacote (Wheaton), James Hunter (University of Virginia), and Amy Black (Wheaton). Click below to watch a video of Mark Booker and Michael Balboni discuss this series, which will run throughout Sundays in October. For more information and to register, follow the link below. Please note: Only registrants will receive seminar materials.
Small Group Regional Onboarding Dinners
To create a clear pathway for people in our community to join a small group, there will be dinners in each of the Regional Fellowships this fall. Representatives from multiple small groups in your region will be at the dinner so that those looking for a small group can find one.
We would love for everyone to be connected in relationships at Park Street Church. If you’d like to join a small group this year, please consider attending one of these dinners. To RSVP, follow the link below.
