INTROIT
Help me, O Lord
Words: New Lebanon, NY ca. 1838
Music: Arr. Kevin Siegried

Help me, O Lord, thy way to keep,
in truth and in sincerity.
For what I sow, that must I reap
through time and in eternity.

* CALL TO WORSHIP from Psalm 69
Margaret Sloat, Elder

Leader: Save me, O God, for the waters have come up even to my neck.

People: I have come into deep waters, so that the floods run over me.

Leader: But, LORD, I make my prayer to you in an acceptable time. Hear me, O God, in the multitude of your mercy.

People: Draw near to me and save me; O deliver me because of my enemies.

Leader: I will praise the Name of God with a song, and magnify it with thanksgiving.

People: Let heaven and earth praise him, for God will save Zion and build the cities of Judah.

* HYMN When I Survey the Wondrous Cross

* INVOCATION, CONFESSION, & LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father who art in heaven; Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our coming day’s bread;
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors;
And lead us not into trial, but deliver us from the Evil One.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
