Update on Mark Booker
As most of you know, our Senior Minister, Mark Booker, was in a mountain biking accident on Sunday. On Monday a letter (click here to view) was sent to the congregation about the accident and upcoming spinal surgery. Another update (click here to view) was sent on Tuesday reporting on the successful surgery. We thank God that there was no damage to Mark’s brain or spinal cord and that he returned home today and is making a strong recovery. The Booker family is extremely grateful for the outpouring of support, love and prayer from the Park Street community. For those of you who have asked how they can serve the family right now, please click this link to sign up for a mail train.
SUN, SEP 17 | 9:45 AM, 12:30 PM & 5:30 PM
If you are a college student, graduate student, or faculty member, we would love to connect with you! Join us for a meal after any of the services. If you have questions, email [email protected]. We look forward to seeing you there!
Reception for Frenchie and Ana Parada Gamero
SUN, SEP 17 | 12:30 PM
Ana Parada Gamero (daughter of Park Street missionaries Alberto & Joanna Parada) and her husband Frenchie will be with us in Boston from SAT, SEP 9—SAT, SEP 23. Join us as we welcome them and hear about their ministry with YWAM.
Pathways Mission Experience
If you are interested in discerning a clearer sense of missional calling while growing together in community, we’d like to invite you to consider a new initiative led by Ministers Damian Long and Julian L, called Pathways. After nine months of listening, discerning, processing and traveling on mission (to Greece and cross-culturally here in Boston) folks will come away with clear and unique kingdom contribution calling statement that flows out of God’s shaping in their life, their spiritual gifting, mission passions, and honest, grace-filled feedback from the community. Watch this testimonial video. To learn more click here to view a flyer or email Damian.

Let us pray for….
- Our tweens and teens, that they would have spiritual and mental health, growing Christian friendships, deepening identity formation in Jesus, and harmonious relationships with their parents.
- The elderly with memory struggles: that they are filled with comfort, hope and joy; that God shows them each day how to serve him.
- Our church to have increasingly clear vision about how to proclaim the gospel in Boston, and among our neighbors and co-workers. Pray that seekers hear and respond to the gospel message.
- That the Holy Spirit pours out new spiritual gifts upon his people needed for the days ahead.
- Pray for those with new cancer diagnoses, for strength for each day, and greater understanding of what this day is for.
