Park Street Church offers different types of work opportunities, including: staff positions (full time and part-time), seasonal jobs, internships and volunteer positions.

Director of Facilities

The Director of Facilities is responsible for managing Park Street’s downtown properties, as well as overseeing the stewardship of the Wilson House campus in Cambridge, MA), and the operational infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, security, HVAC, technological, etc.) of these critical assets. The position is also responsible for safety and security of the Church’s properties and the Church’s technology footprint and its efficient and secure operation.

Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will help Park Street Church pursue its mission of making disciples who become like Jesus together by directing and managing the production of communications media of all kinds: website, social media, video media, podcast material, and printed material. This is a full-time position.

Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is responsible for accomplishing repair and improvement projects as directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Facilities within the building and grounds of Park Street Church and the 1626 Massachusetts Ave properties. This is a full-time position. The Facilities Technician will supplement the responsibilities of the sextons by carrying out set-up, maintenance and cleaning of the building and grounds of Park Street Church as needed.

Administration, Communications, and Finance Coordinator

The Administration, Communications and Finance Coordinator position is full-time, and the successful candidate will work with different members of our staff (including the Director of Communications and the Controller) to ensure that the church office accomplishes its purposes, enabling the church to do the work that Christ has called it to faithfully accomplish.

Ministries Administrator

The Ministries Administrator will help Park Street Church to pursue its mission of making disciples who become like Jesus together by serving as the primary administrative and technical support for the Senior Minister (50%) and other ministers and ministry programs as needed (50%). This is a full-time position.
