In-Person Worship Guidelines 

8:30 AM–Masking required for all attendees.
11:00 AM & 4:00 PM–Masking is not required, though attendees are very welcome to wear masks. Masking is strongly advised for all who are unvaccinated during the services and while in the building.
Balcony Seating–Reserved at all three worship services for socially distanced seating and for those wearing masks.
Fellowship Hall– Streaming of the 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM services is provided. Attendees will observe masking, social distancing and no singing.

 Join us after each of the services on SUN, SEP 12 for Kickoff Sunday as we share a picnic meal (which will be provided) on Boston Common across from the church and explore some of the different ways we can engage with Jesus and each other this coming year.  Please bring a picnic blanket if you’d like to sit on the grass!

Save the date for this special event as we (finally!) install Mark Booker in his position as Park Street Church’s Senior Minister. Join us for this memorable worship service on FRI, SEP 24 at 7:00 PM.  Childcare will be available for ages 0-5 (see below to pre-register). The service will also be livestreamed.

We anticipate that in the next four weeks many new students will visit our church. Would you please look out for them and extend a warm welcome? At the end of each service please take a moment to introduce yourself and get to know anyone near you who looks like a student. Look for a group of young people in the right front of the sanctuary and consider walking the student over to us so other college students and volunteers can also meet them. 

If you want to serve students in any way beyond this month, we have a group of 35 Park Streeters in a College Leadership Community. Contact Tammy McLeod, Director of College Student Ministries, if you are interested in joining this community.

SERVE COLLEGE STUDENTS

Park Street Church Missions Committee has approved $25,000 for Pilot Projects in City Engagement. Members of Park Street church and Regular Attendees are eligible to submit written proposals for new initiatives with existing or new organizations for Pilot Projects with a funding estimate of up to $25,000. Proposals will be reviewed by a City Engagement Task Force. These will be subsequently presented to the Missions Committee for final approval. Fall Christian Education classes are starting SUN, SEP 19. We will offer in-person and virtual options, and childcare is available for Sunday classes. Please register below.

• New Members Class – Begins OCT 5 at 6:30 PM and meets on Tuesday nights. Join us for a course in which you will learn to grow in Christ with us at Park Street Church. Welcome the nations’ people whom God has brought to our doorsteps. More than 60 nations are represented in the multiethnic community of Park Street Church, including many who are enrolled in our English as a Second Language (ESL) Program. All classes are taught by caring volunteer teachers from Park Street and surrounding area churches. Would you like to learn more about our ESL ministry? You can!
 
In preparation for the upcoming fall semester, the ESL ministry of Park Street will be holding a teacher training and informational workshop on SAT, SEP 18, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, for all who are interested in learning about this program and how to get involved. Park Street Church is looking for qualified applicants for the Director of Facilities Management. This position is responsible for managing Park Street’s downtown properties, as well as overseeing the stewardship of the Wilson House campus in Cambridge, MA, and the operational infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, security, HVAC, technological, etc.) of these critical assets. The position is also responsible for safety and security of the church’s properties and the church’s technology footprint and its efficient and secure operation.
