In-Person Worship Service COVID Guidelines

The Elders met on WED, JAN 5 and discussed the current COVID surge. They agreed to maintain our current COVID protocols which allow for a variety of options (reiterated below). For those who are especially concerned about exposure at the Church’s services, we encourage you to attend the 8:30 AM service in which masks are required. Also, there is sufficient room for social distancing at the 8:30 AM service. While masks are required in the balcony at the 11:00 AM service, the balcony may be reasonably full at the 11:00 AM service, so the 8:30 AM service would be a better choice if you want to have social distancing. During the present surge, we want to remind everyone that attendees are very welcome to wear masks at the 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM services. Finally, if you are regularly streaming services at home, our Elders or ministers would love to hear from you — to know how you’re doing and to know if there are ways they can better support you.

In-Person Worship Guidelines

  • 8:30 AM–Masking required for all attendees.
  • 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM–Masking is not required, though attendees are very welcome to wear masks. Masking is strongly advised for all who are unvaccinated during the services and while in the building.
  • Balcony Seating–Reserved at all three worship services for socially distanced seating and for those wearing masks.

Praise for Year-End Giving

We praise God as we tell you that the church’s year-end financial operations ended well with operating surpluses in both the M&O and Missions Budgets. The Lord has used your gifts of financial resources to bless many through the ministry of the church. We look forward to sharing more specific details with you in the weeks leading up to the Annual Meeting on WED, FEB 23.

Prayer Request from the Board of Elders

The Elders wish your prayers for one major thing: That as we approach the Annual Meeting, the Elders are seen as approachable to our brothers and sisters in the congregation and that we respond to their questions and concerns regarding  all church business with wisdom and compassion as God would wish us to do.
